Request a Service
After sales support is an essential part of our business, ensuring the utmost quality after sales support is provided. The Capital Equipment Hire helpdesk system enables easy support to our customers quickly.
Raise a ticket for the following:

invoice payments

order follow-ups

portal assistance
Customers are now able to access their current quotations, sales history, invoice records and helpdesk tickets inside their unique customer portal.
Quotations - review current quotations and accept/request a change online
Sales Orders - view the status of the order and delivery online
Invoices - view all invoices and pay any outstanding invoices directly on portal
Helpdesk Tickets - view the status of a helpdesk ticket and add/correspond to any updates online.
If you are an existing customer, reach out to Capital Equipment Hire's administration team who can grant you access to your portal, or alternatively if you are a new customer or already have portal access, login or sign-up (the top right).
Capital Equipment Hire's website is ecommerce capable, allowing you to easily purchase genuine or non-genuine items any time you want.
You have a few options in how to buy parts online:

Type into the Search Bar the part number you are after. Select the part, add to cart & order.

Type into the Search Bar the machine model you are trying to source parts for. Select the model, scroll to the bottom of the product page until you reach 'Replacement Parts' slider, click 'View all' to see all parts relating to that model or browse through the carousel.

Go to our Accessories & Spare Parts shop category and browse through the part types. Most parts will feature a 'Belongs to Models' button that will indicate what model the part is suitable for.
Click & Collect is available or alternatively shipping Australia-wide.
