Capital Equipment Hire is a cleaning machinery specialist company located in Wetherill Park's industrial region. We sell, hire and service quality cleaning equipment to the Sydney and greater Australian B2B market. Our machinery includes scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, pressure washers and more.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced, self motivated and reliable Inventory Controller to join our team for monitoring and maintaining the inventory side of the business. They will have excellent organisation and communication skills. Beneficial to have mechanical/electrical knowledge with an eye to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order, receipt and replenish spare parts from local and international suppliers
  • Conduct daily stock checks and warehouse transfers
  • Pack and dispatch spare parts for customers and technicians
  • Monitor stock holdings and reordering flows for optimisation
  • Identify parts from diagrams and images
  • Prepare, present and follow-up customer quotations and enquiries
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers and staff on parts supply and ETA's
  • Troubleshoot system errors
  • Maintain a well organised warehouse
  • Generate a suite of inventory reports for analysis.
Remuneration package is based on experience and negotiable for the right candidate.
