How is a scrubber dryer different from a standard mop?

Walk-Behind or Ride-On Scrubber?
For large areas, a ride-on floor scrubber will offer a higher productivity rate and a faster clean.
Either scrubber configuration can be highly effective depending on customer needs, budget & preference.

Construction Sites
Where deep cleaning the basement or inside the facility is essential, maintain a safe working environment by using an industrial scrubber dryer.
Floor scrubbers are machines that clean floors using water, cleaning chemical and heavy duty brushes on a surface, drying the surface and recovering the waste. They’re able to easily clean, mop, dry and sometimes polish floors with one easy device, cleaning surfaces far more easily and efficiently than attempting to do it via hand. They’re a great investment if you’re finding yourself caught up with needlessly time-consuming cleaning or needing to hire multiple staff just for cleaning.
There are two main types of floor scrubber — the Walk-Behind and the Ride-On. Broadly, both function in much the same way as each other. However, the Walk-Behind is typically preferable for smaller, more enclosed spaces, offering a smaller unit size and tighter mobility for when space is at a premium. Ride-On Models, by contrast, are usually bulkier and designed with open areas in mind.
The first step before scrubbing is to sweep the floor. This will help remove any large debris that could damage the squeegee while also removing any dirt that could potentially turn to mud while the scrubber is in operation.
The scrubber’s solution tank should then be filled with cleaning solution and afterwards switched on and adjusted to your preferred settings. The brushes can then be attached and the squeegee lowered, at which point you’re ready to clean.
Both Walk-Behind and Ride-On floor scrubbers work in a similar fashion; however, the Ride-On models are more akin to a small car and don’t usually have tight turning circles, so they may not be suitable for smaller areas. It’s usually best to approach an area in alternating vertical stripes, enabling you to avoid going over the same spot twice or treading dirt back onto previously cleaned areas.
Squeegees are an integral part of modern scrubbers, but over time they can shift their angle, become damaged, or simply need to be adjusted to suit the floor they’re cleaning. Although every model of scrubber is slightly different, some broad principles can apply. When you’re trying to adjust the squeegee, disconnect the vacuum hose. Then you can turn the lock nut counterclockwise — do this until the adjustment bolt can freely move. You’re then able to shift the squeegee to the desired height or angle or even remove it for replacement as necessary.
It depends on the specific model, but many scrubbers are built to suit lithium batteries for their quality and longevity. Most scrubbers are also configured with an in-built charger to make charge-times more efficient. Its' important to make sure they are charged ahead of time so they are ready to go once you need them.
